Bromma

OUTSKIRTS — NEIGHBORHOOD — SOUTH

Bromma is a suburban district in the western part of Stockholm, Sweden. The area is known for its peaceful, residential neighborhoods, characterized by charming houses, lush gardens, and tree-lined streets. This makes it an ideal location for families, as well as those seeking a quieter lifestyle while remaining within easy reach of central Stockholm. There are also plenty of schools and daycare centers, making it an excellent choice for families with children.

Despite its suburban feel, Bromma is well-connected to the rest of Stockholm through efficient public transportation, including buses, trams, and the Bromma Stockholm Airport for domestic travel. Bromma also features notable landmarks like the historic Ulvsunda Castle and the scenic Bromma Church, the church is considered to be Stockholm's oldest building, constructed in the 1160s.
